I ordered  a power steering pump for my 4kq from them. You know, 60 day 
warranty etc.  Well, I got it in, it was leaking as it sat there. I 
figured residue... I installed it, the thing was spraying oil all over 
the place. Called them to return it, they said sorry, we dont have you on 
record for this sale, it must be more than a year old.  I said I just got 
it TODAY from UPS!? Didnt want to hear it. They wouldnt exchange either.  

Next time, I got rear tie rod assy.  $125 for a new one.  The one I got 
in was USED, and badly used. I called them up, said it was used.. they 
said of course, new ones are $179. I said I already HAD a used one ON the 
car!:)  I wasnt impressed with them AT ALL!!!!  Never again.  Just short 
of bringing them to court.
