Wait to you go to stage II box......  I have found that the best performance
is actually in the 50-70degree ambient temp range....  Without having to get
turbo nerdy, lets just say that maybe you found the best efficiency of the
turbo and the intercooler and the pipes involved and the demand of the
engine...  the stage II actually increases this effect, but at 1.9 vs 1.8 who
really is complaining......
