Hmm...could be...
I can connect to the university's mainframe vai modem from home, so I 
tend to be the late-night as well as the 9:00-5:00 customer.  Everyone 
should have that option.

Calling at 1:45am this time, system goes down for timed backups at 
2:00am, gotta go
