You mean they don't have 4wd dynos in MA? Here in CO each emmissions test 
center has 1 4wd dyno bay, so those quattros, AWD vans, talons/eclipses, 
carrera 4s, etc. can't get off that easy. I haven't personally experienced 
it, but will in the not too distant future.
