Nope, it's a rectangular bag about half the volume of a cinder-block molded
out of plastic ... it's got one small opening (that's connected to nothing)
and a couple of accordion-type bellows molded into it which suggests it was
designed to collapse.  It's tucked up into the bumper on the driver side of
the car near the inner edge of the headlight, I have no idea what it's for,
and it's driving me crazy (crazier?)...
