At 115k you should just replace all the control arm bushings.
I strongly suggest you consider the Konis, the adjustability
and quality is well worth the price. You might also want to
consider replacing the wheel bearings while everything is
apart, the labor wouldn't be much more at this point.....
Lowering springs with larger tires? I'd be conservative here.
