Not sure if they are the same or not, never heard of the HKS valve.

 I believe that after '89 Audi put these blow-by valves on all the turbo model
cars, so your S4 should have one.  I really don't know too much about the need
for one, but I know of at least one '87 TQ like mine with the IA Stage II (and
a few more things Eric hasn't told anyone yet,) and a '87 TQ with around 350 HP
that don't run this valve.  Not sure where the HorsePower cutoff comes into
play as to where you need a valve or not, or if there is such a cutoff at
all...
