Call around to the tire shops in your area!  I have bought quite a few used 
tires over the years.  Almost every tire shop keeps a stock of them.  I even 
ran across one shop (Rollo in Wayne NJ) that deals exclusively in used tires.  
Typical price is $20-25 no matter what it is.
