Window switches are serviceable you need a small flat blade screwdriver and a
macgyver (swiss army) knife.....  I totally disassembled and cleaned one in a
rest area in Indiana a couple months back.......  you have to pull the rocker
out first is the key, then the blue tabs can slide out the terminal side of
the switch......  The contacts are like points, and they just need a little
cleaning and you're ready to reinstall.....  A radio schtick T1 led with
about a 480 ohm resister should do the trick for the bulb procedure......
