Well, I did find the >>RIGHT<< box!  And as was promised it does say 
"Made in USA" and have Delco parts.  I looked at the back of mine, 
and could see the cracks in the solder joints on the solenoids.  So 
tonight when I get a soldering iron that actually _Melts_ solder, 
I'll fix it!  :)

Thanks mucho for the info Mitch!  I'll get back with the list and 
report on my experience.
