The answer is YES to tours at Audi...although they do not normally give tours
to the Quattro Division...the plant is on the far side of the Audi complex. 
I was fortunate to get tours in 84 & 85 to the Quattro side because I owned a
83 TQC (h still own one that was custom built by the kind folks there in
1985) ...and they laid out the red carpet for me. 

I plan on being over there againin Oct...and hope to see my friends at Audi
again. I DO suggest that you call them and obtain a scedule of tours...and
request a translator if you do not speak German. It is well worth it.....
