This happened to me on the right front.  The piston had rusted and
would stick.  I polished the piston with fine emery cloth, greased
it lightly, and put new seals in.  No more problems.  I used lithium
grease on the piston.  My Bentley manual says to assemble brakes with
brake grease, but no shop I have talked to has heard of it.  They said
that lithium grease would be OK.  I have had no problems with it for
five years now.
