 I have used Global 22" NR (Narrow) inserts in my 21" wipers. You have to
 just cut them to the correct size. (Make sure you cut off the right end!)

 However, they did not last too long and started streaking. I'm going to
 try them once more as my dealer sells the Autobahn (OEM) inserts for 
 around $15 (!!!).
