     I have an 86 Coupe GT from new and it has been virtually trouble free. 
     Not sure what you mean by "electronic".  Perhaps you are referring to 
     the electronic dashboard option.  I believe that started in 87.  I 
     might sell my GT.  One more child support payment and I'm thinking of 
     getting a 300ZX.  Love my Coupe but Audi doesn't make a two door 
     anymore.
