1BE Suspension?


I have an interesting question for you who know audi suspensions... My 90 
20V is substantially lower than my friends, and it has the 15" speedlines 
that assumably came from the factory.  My friend at the dealer said to 
check to see if on my option list I had listed 1BE, this is the 15" 
speedlines off the coupe, plus the car lowered 3.5" with sport springs.  
He lists different strut part numbers for both suspensions, again 
assumably not interchangeable.  i didnt see the 1BE code on my option 
list, but the car is definatley equipped with these options. Since I need 
new struts now, Im not sure what one to order... Anyone have any 
suggestions??!?!?  Thanks>!!!!
