Q owners-go to Q school

Greetings fellow(&fellett??!?) enthusiasts.
I was hoping to find a quattro resource like this. My name's Mike Aiello, I
reside in central NY state. I've owned 2 Audis since 1984 and been a car nut
long before. I currently drive an 87 5K TQ that I bought off the showroom and
have enjoyed 190,000 miles so far. Some info I'd like to share:

Attended the 1st Q Club event at Lime Rock a few yrs ago-only haven't
returned cause of my high milage and I don't have the spare change to take
any "chances" breaking anything right now(or the bucks to buy newer model).
Any q owners that have not taken the opporunity to participate-you are
missing not only a chance to "run" around a track, but the safety maneuvers
you particpate in alone can save your (& others) life. The time to learn skid
recovery is NOT during a panic situation-its on a skidpad with an instructor
next to you! Learn to steer while full force braking in a controlled
environment- alternative - try learning as your about to hit that dead Yugo
in the middle of an unlit road. There is also a great commraderie, members
from all over the country travel to each of these!

Anyone with a similar car or considering purchasing-if you need experiences
with repairs-I've done most myself (not to imply there has been "a lot"). I'm
