Question about radiator and thermostat

Hi ! The raditor of my 87 5KCST is leaking seriously and I would like to 
replace it with an aftermarket brass radiator. My questions are :
	
1.Does it perfectly fit my car?

2.Is there any side effect after installing it?

3.Is it hard to install by myself since there is a A/C condenser mount in 
front of the radiator?

4.Where can I buy it and is it available in mail order?

5.Since I need to install a new radiator, should I also change a "180" 
thermostat and a "170" fan switch?
