Charlie Smith is one of us on the quattro list.  He was tinkering
with the wastegate spring and wound up having about 10 of these
stiffer ones custom made.  He offered these extra springs for sale
to the 10 of us who were lucky enough to snatch them up fast...
I don't think he has any more to sell, but you can always inquire
him about it (charlie@elektro.cmhnet.org).

Charlie, if you are reading this: perhaps you can make a profitable
business out of this :-).
