Switch assembly repair

The light/cruise control/windshield wiper/etc. switch assembly in my 5KCSTQ 
has broken (again). Same failure as last time--the lights are on high beam 
all the time.  Seems to be a common failure mode for these switches, from 
what I hear.

Does anyone have any info about repairing these switches?  Failing that, is 
there any source for rebuilt ones?  I understand the list price is around 
$300, and used ones go for about $75.
