4KCSQ back-up lights and ...

Well, as usuall there are a few things wrong with my car that I can't 
find the answers for in my Bentley. First off, where is the switch that 
turns on the back-up lights when you shift into reverse? The bulbs are 
good but they don't turn on. Second, how do you remove the speakers that 
are in the dash-board and what size are they? The drivers side one died 
and I can't figure how to replace it with out removeing the entire dash 
or breaking something :) Finally, what exactly does the OX senser do? I 
asked this one before but nobody answered.
