4000CS quattro questions

1).  My speedometer is not working. What usually goes out the cable or
Gears in the Speedo? Estimated repair costs?

2).  My AC blows out of the 2 middle vents.  The two outside vents are
blowing hot air. Are they supposed to blowing AC also?   Anyone have any
suggestions?

2a). My AC compressor is on its way out.  Anyone have a ballpark price on
used and new replacements?

3).  My electric radio antennae doesn't come up. Do these normally go out?
