WEll, now we're into apples and oranges. Theres a big difference between
engine noise and brake noise. One is annoying as hell! :)
An we're not talking about sqeaky brakes that work and quiet brakes that
dont work. Semi metallics work REAL well, repeatedly and consistantly
under hard braking, and have never failed me, (untill we get into the
extremes, which is 2% of the time) I was just trying to
establish a base line from the semi's. If they were a little better for a
lot of annoyance (and a sqeak is for me..) then it isnt worth it. I
think we lost perspective here!
I guess Im hearing that they are a LOT better for not too bad of a
squeel. It might be worth trying. Thanks for your input!
