Re opening and closing bleedvalve, if the first pedal press does not
displace enough fluid to completely fill the exit hose, then wether the
hose is submerged or not the next up pedal motion will bring air back into
the system if the bleed valve is not closed first.  Having a second person
to adjust the valve and monitor resevoir level can same much aggrivation.
