I have a question here. I find that the light on my high beam is 
just ok, but the low beams are absolutely terrible. Especially when 
the road is wet - that's when it is a dark black, and my low beams
are totally _useless_. 

Should I therefore install driving lights to work with my low beams,
or fog lights to work with low beams ? TIA.
