91 200Q Front Brakes, Searching for 90 or 91 200Q

Hello,

I am considering the purchase of a 91 200Q sedan and I was wondering what experience 
the owners of these cars have had with the weird internal caliper front disk brake rotors. 

I know that in some cases Audi allowed disgruntled owners to have the entire front brake 
system retrofitted with the earlier "normal" brake rotors and suspension.  I saw a copy of
the factory  bulleting outlining this procedure.

Does anyone have anything good to say about these bizarre rotors? The dealer wants $300 ea
for rebuilt ones. Pads are $195.

Anyone know of any other 90 or 91 200Q sedans for sale? I live in the Pacific North West.
