Sunroof won't open (86 4kCSQ)

OK,  It won't open. The switch toggle appears broken.  I popped out the
switch and none of the wires seem hot.  I'm still waiting on my Bentley
manual I ordered.  They must have shipped it on the back of a turtle.  Here
are my questions.  Which fuse in the fuse box handles the sun roof?  Is
there a fuse at the sunroof?  What do each of the 4 wires do?  Last but not
least, is this a gremlin that plagues this particular car?  The seal and
sun roof appear to be in good shape with no leaks.  I've fixed everything
necessary for good driving, now it's time for the fun stuff...
