missing archives found

Well, the elusive backup tape was found and I think all the archives
(the quattro.9xxx files) are back.  Sorry for the delay.

I have also updated the mechanics and parts_vendors files with some
entries that were on the backburner.

Oh, still looking for the really old archive from before I took the
list over...
