Reminder
Hi Y'all,
I figure most everyone knows about Bod D'Amato's home page by now. One
feature he has recently implemented is a convenient way for people who
access his home page to send mail asking for help on Audi related problems or
advice. BTW - nice job, Bob. If you haven't checked it out, take a
gander at it.
These messages will appear on the list and look more or less like all
other list traffic. But... If you examine the header you might be able
to identify such mail. Additionally, the names will be unfamiliar and
the questions may appear to be oriented a bit away from the usual
discussions. i.e. such questions as "I'm considering bying a xyz Audi
for $xyz. What can you tell me about this car?" might be a clue.
Anyway, these questions will come from newcomers who may not have joined
quattro. It is probably more appropriate to respond directly to the
sender rather than to the list as a whole. Unless the person who
asked the initial question has just joined the list, he won't get the
reply addressed to the list.
There. Now, having solved the free world's problems in toto, I guess I'll
shut up. :-) (You know Toto, don't you? Dorothy's little dog. :-) )
Let's see... where did I leave those little pink pills? - it's time for
another one.
