Audi A4 Quattro

Hello, I just drove the A4 Quattro yesterday and was quite impressed. 
I've never owned an Audi, but was looking at the Mercedes C220. The 
A4 looks like it might be more car for the money.

I've owned an MB for 13 years with no problems, and only worry about 
Audi's reliability and quality. Has anyone read about the A4's 
experience in Europe, or have any comments or suggestions about the 
A4? 

In LA, a Quattro with automatic, leather, chrome wheels and CD 
changer (no sunroof - we get enough sun here) was offered by a dealer 
at $31,900+ tax & prep, etc. Any ideas about the best place to go for 
a good deal would be appreciated, also. Is it possible to get quotes 
online?
