Help list membership

	I just had an idea about the help list.  Robert noted that jerks 
would likely be flamed off the list, so indeed, list membership would 
indicate some sort of kinship.  Could you tie the help list access to 
Quattro list membership?  The only problem with that is that usually a 
member who goes on a vacation will unsubscribe temporarily until the 
vacation is over.  Is there some way around this?
