    You should read some of the past archives.

    I can tell you from personal experience, TAP is selling a stronger
    spring with a circuit in the ECU to defeat the overboost protection.
    They put their sticky label on the chip, but it's unchanged.

    IA is supposed to be the hot ticket, with a price that goes with it.


    If you want to go the cheap way, I'm going to make another batch of 
    wastegate springs in about a week, and can also show you how to defeat
    the overboost circuit (without opening the ECU).  I've also got a plan
    to make some adjustable electronic overboost protection gizmos, but that
    will be a little further down the road.  If you are interested in a new
    stronger spring for $20 post paid, send me an email.
