No wonder Al's left the evergreen state of washington (and nevergreen when it
comes to putting or keeping dollars in your wallet).  I can't imagine many
homes valued at $60k with an Audi 200 sitting in front of it!  maybe its time
to rethink this Mt Rainier thing...
