RWD vs FWD

Boy, did I came up on a silly arguments in the rec.autos.tech. They were 
debating on the merits of RWD and FWD. The camp was divided into two: 
those that are for RWD and the other that prefer FWD.

I scanned the first several dozen (the thread was around 40?). There's 
one guy who just bought one of the Diamondstar's 4WDer and swears by it 
by saying everything else "sux." Amazingly, Audi A8 was mentioned 
(there's also one which mentioned 959) -- although not on the quattro by 
the engine layout -- but get this, it was someone from ford.com...

Go figure. And I'm not suggesting anything. (:
