Draining & bleeding?

Dear AUID enthusiasts,

Since I need to reform the cooling system of my 87 5kcst this week end. I 
have some quesstion really want to make sure before this project peformed.

1) When I drain the cooling system , any hose or any things need to be 
removed, except the radiator bottom hose? And how to drain out the 
coolant that stay in the heater system?

2) When filling the coolant, do I have to removed any screw for 
bleeding the air from the cooling system?
