Help w/ new brake pads
Car: 1986 Audi 4000 CSQ
I was going to change the read brake pads on my car, but I couldn't get
the piston to press back into the cylinder. How exactly is this done? I
removed the bolts for the guide pins, and removed the caliper. But when I
tried to push the piston back in, it didn't want to move. I tried the
other side, and same thing. Am I missing a step? I know with the fronts
that is all I had to do. This is the first time I'm doing the rears, but
I figured it was similar to the front. (Now if they were shoes like the
'83 I had, it would be no problem...)
