I put Blizzaks on one of my cars (a RWD, non-Audi) last winter. Blizzaks are
great in ice/snow but pretty bad in the dry. On dry pavement, the tires/steering
feels mushy; handling is poor. I even had a spinout in perfectly dry
pavement on a sharp turn! Even in winter, I'm driving most of the time
on dry roads rather than on ice/snow/slush (I'm in NJ). I would buy
Pirelli 210s the next time. The Pirellis should have better handling with
their stiffer sidewalls and H speed rating (Blizzaks are Q rated - 100 mph).
