Performance upgrades: Was Re: Raining Nationals




Ok, I'm new to this news list so that should explain why I don't know the 
answer to the following:

Can someone explain the so-often-mentioned 'Stage' upgrades.  I've 
deduced that they are comprised of chip upgrades, turbos, wastegate 
springs, etc. But can someone tell me exactly what the various stages are?
