If you go to the parts department of your local Audi dealer you might be 
able to get a down-rev version of the fiche.  I got one from my buddy in 
parts at one dealership.  Linda@Carlsen has 2 manilla folders full of them, 
but you have to be able to go there to look through the folders ...

Cost ... no charge (except that then I had to go out and buy a fiche reader!)
