Rule of thumb computations give an indicated hp of 182 based on your 16 sec
ET and 208 based on the 89 mph trap speed. Your trap speed is probably the
better indicator of hp since it is less sensitive to "technique". I assumed
sea level and a total weight of 3780 lbs. 208 hp would suggest a 15.3 ET as
possible.
hp=Weight/((ET/5.825)**3)
hp=Weight*((Speed/234)**3)
