Bodywork. Worth it?

I have to make a decision concerning my 88 90Q w/ 95K .  My car has taken enough 
beatings over the years which have not been fixed like a flattened front, cracked rear 
bumper, and minor dents here and there.  Therefore, I am planning on doing a complete 
body and paint but was wondering about how much it will cost me for a solid job?  Yes, I 
am being vague but I'm wondering whether it was worth it given its used value.  Also on 
that note, does anyone know if it is remotely possible to put the newer 90Q spoilers and 
hood on the car w/o heavy modifications?  All comments are appreciated to my e-mail
