If it was truly hydrostatically seized, could not one
simply drain the water from the offending cylinder?
I suspect that the engine might have bent a rod
if in fact water did get in while the engine was running.
I seen a nice new 5L 'Rustang with this very same
problem after flying through a rather deep, flooded
portion of roadway......clunk...clunk...rap...rap...bang...silence :)
