digests out of order?

Those of you who have been complaining about the digests being out
of order...I'm not sure I follow you.  The digest is strictly
FIFO (first in, first out) so whatever gets mailed to the list
gets tacked onto the digest.  There is no sorting done whatsoever.
Hope that clears things up - I also get the digest myself on AOL
(as a sanity check) and everything looks fine to me.
