I think the seats are the main cause (in conjunction with what you are 
wearing) My 4kq Could light a small city with the energy those seats 
produced. The leather in the 20V  NEVER ONCE gave me a shock (maybe 
because I frequently wetting them??)  So far, its the ONLY thing I like 
about the leather seats!  :)
I dont think it has much to do with the tires (or not as much...)
