S6 Pricing

Just been in contact with a Seattle Delaer for a Wagon.
He has a S6 in Emerald Mica/Black leather due in soon.
Claims Pearl is not available due to color matching problems with plastic bumper 
caps. Tend to believe him.
Says the price is 46.9K plus Luxo Tax and sales taxt and misc.
Ouch!  Does anyone know the dealer cost on this pig?
Also, I have been told that you can special order a car in the Euro colors
that are not normally available hear, but it takes time.
Can anybody verify that?
My adrenaline is already pumping thinkin about this car. Ymmmmm.
I drove a 540i 6 Speed yesterday.  Nice car, more money (a little)
and if you like rear drive it is a honey.  New body coming so dealer says
move em' out. I think the S6 Wagon would slice the beemer on any  twisty
especially inclimate, but is probably as quick on the straights. 
Reslae on the Audi should be better because of "Its the last of the Mohicans".
