Misc. 84 4KSQ things....

Just picked up a 84 4000S Quattro w/ 85K - Silver w/ brown interior.  Car 
looks like the previous owner kept it in his livingroom (which may explain 
why an 11 year old car only has 85K on it).  Needless to say that I'm having 
a ball with the car - best purchase I've ever made and I want to keep 'er for 
a while.

Few nagging problems.  The sunroof crank broke, the leather shift 
knob is pealing, and I need a new muffler.  Thankfully these problems are 
nothing major but they do leave me to navigate the Audi parts / service maze. 
 Was considering just taking my 4KSQ to some national muffler place and 
letting them take a crack at the muffler.  I want to "do things right" - do 
those national muffler house have the ability to do this right?  Any idea on 
cost?  Where's the best / reasonable place for the other trim pieces.  Any 
idea on what these items should set me back?
