I just read an article in R&T. It sounds like BMW, MB, Porsche, Saab, and 
Volvo are the only mfrs has "well-organized" European delivery program. 
That does not mean there are no others, just that these five have better 
organized program going.

There's also a firm called Europe By Car (800)223-1516 that does several 
models (whatz dat?? donno).

Nah -- it's probably that people who own Audis love to driving -- and 
thus, enhancing -- than other people who owns...
