Yeah, but I DID have the O2 hooked up, just the WOT switch disconnected. 
It runs closed loop, except when manifold pressure goes > 1ATM - i.e. turbo
on boost.
With the WOT switch connected, I see exactly the same thing.
car is stock, original turbo.

So do you still reckon this is correct behaviour for the car Scott?
Are you saying the ECU is programmed to richen the mixture when it 
sees > 1ATM?
