Tire Recomendations/ Alignment

I just picked up a 91 Coupe that came with Goodyear Eagle GA tires.
the GAs seem a little noisier than the Dunlop D60 A2 tires on another coupe
I drove recently, and I think I might replace them.

What's the collective wisdom for tires on this car? They'll been on
year-round in Cleveland, Ohio (read snow&ice 4 or so months a year).

Also, the car just had a 4 wheel alignment. Will I need to align again
after a tire swap?
