is the - ac control system connected to the vacuum system. sometimes it
misbehaves.

I have strange 'bands of power' ie under hard accel you can feel the
tourqe vary as the tach climbs. Sometimes the power seems right sometimes
its a bit sluggish. According to the emmissions report (FL) my idle HCL/CO
level is the problem. At high rpms its ok.
