Skip the attorney for now. That will only make things extremely
confrontational immediately.
First, talk with the OWNER of the dealership. Try the phone first,
in writing next. If you get no satisfaction, send a letter to AoA.
They take a dim view of dealers who perpetrate criminal fraud on
customers. I know of at least two (VW) dealers who lost their
franchises for pulling stuff like this.
